Need help with Phillips Magnavox

When we plug in our Phillips Magnavox model number 27TS57C101 Chassis# 27F8007583 it makes a buzzing noise. The power button doesn't turn on it just begins buzzing through the speakers when we plugg it in. There's no picture. Please assist
