Phillips Magnavox stuck in (SAM) service mode

Phillips Magnavox model 25TR19 - five years old The tv has been great until a couple of days ago. It turned itself off several times and then it went into service mode (SAM) screen and I can not get it out. It will not turn off so I have to unplug it. When reconnecting it is still in service mode. ANY IDEAS?!?
