Service center is probably your best bet.
I currently have an Emerson twc19t tv/dvd/video combo. I believe there is a dvd in the tv and when I try to eject the dvd, it sounds like it is trying, but it won't come out.
I have tried to pull, but it is in there... I've tried to find the emerson websight, but, I can't find anything. Can you help me??

Melissa: Do not attempt to pull out the tray. It is possible that the loading mechanism is out of time, meaning that the gears are not lined up correctly. This will have to go to a tech that has the service manual to re-time the tray. If you try and pry it open, you could damage the gears inside.
