Mitsubishi WS-65511 Problem
Perhaps you can help me. I am trying to see if there is anything I can do to fix a problem on my Mit WS-65511 rear projection tv.
Last Sunday we were watching Batman when the picture started to look like we needed 3d glasses. It didnt stay that way but kept goofing up intermittently. I would power the set off, and back on and it would look ok for a short time but then would loop through where it had the messed up picture , then looked normal  and then looked messed up.
Then the TV powered off by itself and would not power back on. Tried the factory reset but that did not resolve the issue. If you power the tv on the green power light comes up for about 3 seconds and then the set powers back down. Prior to this we had a rare issue where the tv would power up but no picture. You could power it off and back on and it would be ok. This was very rare. Within the last week before the set went out we had a message about checking the RBG connections....
I went through the procedure to determine what error code the TV was putting out. It is error 22.
Is this something I could fix by replacing the Caps on the DM board? Or is this some other problem that I could fix?
If it can be fixed do you have any documentation on the suggested fix?
My email address is [email protected]

I do not have an answer, but

I do not have an answer, but if you get one, I have the same problem and would very much appreciate it if you could email me with a resolution. My problem is after a storm, we haven't been able to turn the TV on. The power light is on for 3 seconds, the screen remains black for that time and then the power light goes off. Hope it's fixable.
