I would like to thank all of the people that have contributed their time and information to help us all solve the problem of the "Blinking Light of Death". If it weren't for all of you and the availability to this information I am sure that I (as well as many others) would not have been able to troubleshoot and repair this problem and save me possibly hundreds of dollars. It has certainly increased my faith in the internet as the absolute best source of information on the planet.
I would also like to pay a special thanks to Don a.k.a. "NudieBlues " for his special instructions and visuals http://www.hometheaterspot.com/fusionbb/showtopic.php?tid/137881/ His instructions and photos were the perfect solution and I was able to fix my set for a mere $12.
Hogan I guess you are not looking hard enough for me as I have been here many times the past few weeks. Those little black squares are c0ils and should measure a short across them, If they have no reading across them, then they are open and would be concidered bad.
please i need information for mitsubishi ws65517 blinking green light,i changed the 4 caps 1000mf/35v 85c the all ones was good but still have same problem blinks for 1mn stop & again blinks need the service manual thanks... my e-mail [email protected]

Continual flashing green light on my WS65511 Mitsubishi HDTV 1080. Had power outage four one night. Next day green light won't stop blinking, even after reset and 4 hours unplugged and plugged back in. Is it some fuses that were fried. I sure could use some help.
I have a Mitsubishi WS-65909 that has the green blinking like issue. I have replaced the 7 capacitors on the DM module but the problem remains. Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
have you checked the small surface mounted fuses on the board yet? also check the incoming power supply voltages on the board, and make sure all the plugs are pushed all the way into their respected connectors

i had 12v but not 24v/ not 26v on diodes tv blinks for 1mn & stop no power up any post please thanks.
