Just find the directory where Limewire is storing your MP3 files. Open that directory and open iTunes. Then just drag the MP3 files into Itunes - either into iTunes music library or directly onto your attached iPod.
Note that the music files must be unencrypted WMA, MP3, or AAC to import into iTunes. If you download an odd format, like OGG, these will need to be converted before iTunes will accept them.
