Can you please tell us how to remove the channel display from a Sanyo DS31590? We don't have the remote, so manual instructions would be appreciated.

I am afraid if you do not have the remote for this set, it cannot be done to my knowledge. A universal remote will not work. Sorry for the bad news. :>(
