Sure you can, if the Tivo has a video input . If not, your going to need an RF modulator, like they use on video games and use an A-B switch to switch between the camera and the antenna or cable. Now with the computer, your going to need a video capture card and the software to drive the card. The camera will most likly have whats called a BNC connection on it for the video. You can get an adaptor to convert that to almost anything such as to an RCA type, or an F type fitting. Let us know how you made out. Good Luck
