cannot find playlist

i have recently purchased a proline digital mp3 player and have downloaded enough music onto it to create two playlists. the problem is i can only play songs on playlist B and cannot find or get up playlist A. If anyone knows from past experience of Proline mp3 players, please let me know the answer.
