The Sony NW-E103

I am trying to figure out how to take apart this particular device and i cant seem to figure it out, i don't want to break it because it still works so i am hesitant to start prying, can anyone give me an insight on how to do it...the reason is that because randomly it will reset itself back to the first folder and song, as if the battery had been removed and then replaced...i appreciate the help.
