I have a LG 1300i. It recently went into SOS mode and will not make any out going calls except for emergency ones. I have tried detaching the battery and taking out the SIM card. Didn't work. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

You can reset your phone to the default settings by going to the Reset Settings option on the main menu and entering your password (the default is '0000'). You might have also set your phone on "Fixed dial mode" (menu option 9.5.2). I would check that setting too.
