Samsung Digimax V4.. lens stuck in camera

Hello, I have had this Digimax camera for 2 years now and it hasen't given any trouble til now. When I turn on the camera the lens is suppossed to come out, and as of now it doesn't. When I turn the camera on, the lens doesn't come out, and the camera shuts itself off.

Any help please...
