This is Panasonic TV set Model CT-35G21U. It was identified as blown fuse symptom immediately after turn on the TV. Found defecting PS IC STK370-020 because of Pin# 12 and Pin# 9 were shorted. After IC was replaced TV works ok. However, there are differences between the voltage on Pin# 4 (negative -.30v against positive .25v as noted on the schematic) and on Pin# 12 (152v against 135.9v as noted). All PS primary and secondary voltages are close to noted. The only, PS transformer T801 looks as to hot. May any on explain this condition?
