We have a 48" home theatre with pic_in_pic and on screen guide. All of a sudden the TV stopped working, it will not turn on and there is no picture or sound, and there is a "chirping" sound coming from the back of the TV. Any advice or help?

My son also has one of these RCA home theatre sets. He has a blue ghosting problem, even after performing the screen alignment function for the three projection heads. He said he took the back off and it looked like there was some liquid under the color projector lenses. And, the liquid in the blue one was lower than the others. Is there supposed to be liquid inside these things? Is this causing the blue ghosting problem?
