OK, I have a Sony Cybershot. Whenever I turn it on the screen says "please turn camera off and on again". So I have. Many times. But nothing changes; the same screen appears. I have tried changing the batteries and memory card but that hasn't worked. Any ideas on how to fix it would be most helpful! Thankyou!
This is the first time I've heard of this issue with a Cybershot. Without more information about the cause of the issue, I can't provide much insight on how to fix it, or how much it will cost. You'll have to take it to a shop to get it diagnosed, but please let us know what the problem was. Anyone that has the same problem would love to hear about your experience.
