JVC MX-KC68

Hello I have a Jvc radio and I love but it I do have some questions about it like first when I turn it on its says hello and makes a click noise when i try to eject the cd it says locked and wont open and lastly when i put it on mute you can still here audio coming out of it i just need a litte help on this shelf radio
