Hey everyone! Happy New Year! I'm a fairly regular poster here in the TV section but this is a first time visit to the computer section. Hopefully someone can help me regain my sanity! I have a Compaq Evo N610c. It has a CD/DVD player that use to work but has been goofy lately. My OS is windows XP. It plays, rips, & burns CD's without any problems. It also reads program disks without any problems, but when it comes to DVD's it tells me im SOL! I can hear the drive spinning and it shows the icon next to the screen pointer but it will not recognize the DVD and/or play it. I keep googling things about it but have had no luck with anything. Please help! Thanks in advance!

I PUT IN A DVD IT WORKS PERFECT SO TRY IT
