Hello:
Newbie here; I am recording Directv to their supplied DVR, then dubbing to the philips unit, removing commercials, then burning and finalizing. I am usuing Maxell DVD-R blanks.
All recordings play fine on the philips unit, HOWEVER, on most any other DVD player, the DVD's are rejected.... "no disk", "disk error", etc.
If I keep inserting the disk SEVERAL TIMES, some will come to life and play, some won't.
ANY SUGGESTIONS????+
