Blinking Light Mitsubishi WS-65909

After a hurricane the power was out for about a week, when it came back on the green timer light was flashing rapidly and wouldn't stop. We did everything we could think of nothing worked. Finally we left it alone and let it blink. After about a day it mysteriously stopped blinking and we could turn the t.v. on. This was a month ago, last week the main breaker to our house was thrown and off for several hours. We did everything the same as last time, but nothing has worked. The light has blinked for a solid week! Do you have any suggestions or special tricks to help me?
