I recently attempted to connect my phone to my PC with the USB cable included in my cell phone package, but when it was connected the Search Wizard came up and said it detected new hardware or something so I selected "automatically download hardware" and when it scanned it said that there was no hardware to be found and that was that. I want to be able to put music and photos on my phone from my PC, but it won't let me.
Anyone who has had a similar problem or knows how to get past this, please help me!
