i have the same problem on my KP-51HW40 and i replaced stk's and also cheaked all yellow pico fuse (all pico fuses ohm out) but still no change. i read about feedback resistors and tried to find in service manual but could not find where to locate them could the feedback resistors be the problem?

shaboom did you try to re-converge after replacement? go to the service mode and try to converge the set test to see if the convergence is working by moving each beam (red,green,blue) if all three will move then the convergence is fixed you just need to re-align the convergence. The new ic's will behave slightly different from your old ones and you need to touch up the convergence after the repair to fix these imperfections.

If you have a convergence problem, you need to replace the "IC'S" (what are STK'S..??)
Go to www.tvrepairkits.com and order the convergence kit.
