Very nice fluke as this is

Very nice fluke as this is the only type of DMM I own now, including my Amp probe. The model I own is the Fluke 83 + I still got a vaccum tube type VOM from RCA. Great reliability on that one too!

Larry the 83 is also great ,

Larry the 83 is also great , this 88V is outstanding,it costs alot money but is worth it, i realy didn't need the automovel  one. but my son is studying to be a mechanic so he will use   it   too, i always had a 60bucks worth of a meter . but this thing is some thing else.

Yes Larry i've got the

Yes Larry i've got the  Capanalyzer  EDS 88A,it seems to be fair good. what you think? it costed me about 200bucks from [Electronics on line}.By the way Larry i found this old tranformer from an old tube tv, is 120v input and about 140v output, so i can build myself an  Isolation Transformer, and  i'm trying to know  how many amps does it put out,  i already blew a fuse out by measuring the same way we measure volts with the AC A setting in the meter 88V, is there another way to measure amps , i never studed it deeply because never had to use the amps side, do i have to use some resistor in series with it,can you explain  it  to me but not so technicaly speaking. thanks Larry.
