Caller ID should be included with your cellular plan (I don't know of a single plan that doesn't include it). When someone calls, you should see the calling number on the display.
I can't imagine your question is that easy. Can you be more specific what you're asking or want to do?
theres an option on my phone to pick a picture for caller ID but when i select it , it says " no pictures available" and I've tryed going on my photo album to select a picture and connect it with a number but theres no option to do that. all i want to know is how to attach the picture to the number to create caller ID. el

My phone doesn't do that either and it's very annoying. Any help would be welcome.
