Sony KV-27S45 Volume low,even at max;wavy lines on the screen

Hello, this is my first post here.

Sony KV-27S45 (BA-4 chassis) has low volume,even at maximum setting. When the fixed or variable audio out is connected to an external audio amp there is normal sound .IC401(TDA7057AQ) has been replaced with no changes in the symptom. Also there are wavy lines on the screen.

Any help, please?

First thing you need to do is

First thing you need to do is go back inside the TV set. With a multimeter measure pin 4 of the audio output IC. (IC-401) Make sure you have at least 11 to 15 volts there if it is low or not there theres is a small pico fuse not far from the IC-401, trace back the pin 4 till you find it. This is a 2 amp. pico fuse, but some models jump this out or installs a very low value of flame proof resistor in its place. If that measures good, on the A board, check capacitor C-621, this capacitor is for the audio B+ and I have found this to be bad as well. Good Luck and let us know how this repair turns out for you.
