Toshiba 32A50- No picture

I have a Toshiba model 32A50 that start out with a problem of horizontal line when the TV was first turned on.  After a few moments the TV went back to normal.  The problem went on for two weeks and then the picture went out first and later the audio also went out.  Is any one known what circuits need to be replaced? Thanks in advance for the help
