I have had for over a year a prosonic dvd 995 dvd player
The player wont load any disks, I think the spin up speed is slow or the lazer is dead.
I like this dvd player Because I used it to play data disks, ie mpg and dat files, as this dvd had a menu driven loader. and reconised and played dos format data disks it would displayed a directory list just like a computer but on the TV screen, you could then with the remote controll play what track, mpg or dat file you chose to play. within the pc dos file format and it would auto link the file in that folder.
when it stoped working I was not able to replace it as I can no longer buy this model.

Any help or diagrames to get this dvd working again will be apresheated
