hewlett packard digital camera hp photo smart422

hi could anybody help me i have the above digital camera, the missus bought it for me last year , it worked a couple of times printed photos off the docking station then the next time i went to use it the docking station would not work at all, the power button comes on ,but wont charge the camera and you cant print off any photos. contacted hewlett packard they were ment to send out a new  one .never recieved one! tried contacting them many times with no joy only get through to a call centre in india cant understand the person on the other end of phone , any help much appreciated as its getting near christmas and the kids have their concerts again, regards cant do it.
