I recently bought a Samsung LNS3251D 32" Wide LCD HDTV and its works great, I just have a little problem.
For some reason today half of my menu options are grayed out and unselectable. I can't access the channel menu at all, enable film mode for movies, set up the v-chip, etc. To my knowledge no one in the house has set up any sort of pin code that should limit these options.
I've tried to reset the settings to the factory defaults by unplugging the tv for 30 minutes as the manual suggests, but no luck.
Any suggestions?
