I'm new to the forum. The wife purchased a new MP3 player Sumvision M18 1GB for my Birthday, was working great until I turned it on yesterday and it displayed power low then came up with "Disk Error". Radio stll works but memorary is now empty o% used. Tried connecting to my PC and the player / device is not recognised by WMP.
Anyone help with a fix / re-set.

First step you shoud do is to take a backup of firmware.
Secondly you need to flash firmware with latest & correct version.
Note : Pls. do not flash wrong firmware, if you do so you may have to trash the device for ever.
