I have had this phone for about half a year now. My service provider is Alltell Wireless, formerly CellularOne.
I was wondering, since my phone has a web feature and even a button for it, every time I try to open the web it just says "This feature is not supported at this time". I have web/data transfer service, I just do not know how to make my web work.
I have heard that you can tweak your phone somehow to fix this, but I don't know much about cellphones.
I'm going out of town soon so I have to be able to check my email.
Any help/suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

Your owner's manual says that the web support will vary based on your service provider. I would go to a Alltell Wireless store and have someone help you figure out what you're doing wrong. It sounds like it's not a phone issue.
