i dont kno if this is the right place 2 put it but i have this movie file on my computer that wont delete becuz they say that a program is using it but i close all the programs that could use it and it still wont delete so what should i do.

I've ran into this problem a few times in the past. Typically, I just restart the computer, and that has always seemed to work.

If a simple restart isn't doing the trick, I'd try booting into safe mode. You may also want to run a virus scan, and run an anti-spyware app like Ad-Aware or Spybot S&D.
