i have had a in car dvd player imported from the US...but it only plays region 1 but i need it to play region 2 as im in the UK...how can i get the code to convert this player to multi region??ive read that all dvds start off as multi region until they are changed to where they are being sold.plz help xx
After checking the website and calling Pioneer, they said that they do not offer any firmware updates to multi-region. They did say however, there are some dealers who do offer updates, but this does void the warranty. My best advice, check around with a few pioneer dealers and service depots to see if they offer this firmware update. Good luck, and please let us know how you make out.
