Tried installed version of McAfee Total Protection......also Iolo Sys Mech Premium.
No luck so far...Any Suggestions Please...RTM
Exe is typically an executable program. Possibly one you tried uninstalling and it did not complete for what ever reason. Try booting in safe mode and see if it does it.
Also I think you mean runDLL not runDLE. I have only seen DLL files on xp.
