Need help please with Mit-dlp 65732

My picture has a blueish,picture overlay,its almost like 3-D effect without the glasses,picture also has slightly noticeable verticle lines,Have taken both major componets out and inspected,hoping for easy fix. No luck tried hooking up VCR via RCA connectors but picture is still the same,Does anyone have any Ideas? Am desperate ,I will try to send pictures if I can figure out how.
