"push the menu and device buttons on the front of the set both in together and hold for 6 seconds and see what two digit error codes
blinks. It will most likely blink a 3 pause then 4 and then repeat the sequence indicating a 34 error for lamp abnormality which is almost always caused by failed capacitors on the Power pwb."
