I have a mits ws55311 that worked fine, no picture problems or anything else. All of a sudden one day it shut off without notice, when I turned it back on, no picture came on and the green light stayed on for 3 sec  then clicked off. when I checked the error code it indicated 2-2 short protect. Since then I've heard many things, but when I took chassis out and had professional check fuses (7) he found the 1 - 5 amp fuse blown, he replaced it.   he checked the diodes and everything else was ok, I put it back together and turned it on - the same thing happened.  Can someone please help.  I had no picture problem so the IC seems not to be the culprit.  I live in the middle of nowhere and no tv repair people will help with a mitsubishi.
