2002 PIONEER 42 PLASMA MENU FREEZE PROBLEMS

Hi i have a 2002 PIONEER 42 PLASMA MENU FREEZE PROBLEMS it stuck in one section of menu and will not navigate out of audio setup. has anyone had this problem before?
