I found this forum today and thought I would get some help from the experts here. I have a bizarre problem. My TV switches on itself and none of the buttons on the TV or the remote work, except that the channels keep changing automatically. TV wont switch on when I want.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's some sort of an electronic failure, given the erratic behavior. You'll need to have a service department make a diagnosis after looking at the TV.
