techwood 400 watt home theater receiver model number PLR85 standby problems

I have a techwood 400 watt home theater receiver model number PLR85. One day I turned it on and it went into stand-by mode and now I can't get it back to work right. Does anyone know what's going on with it.

I have a techwood plr85 400w
I have a techwood plr85 400w home theater receiver that had the same problem and it turned out to be the cooling fan in it that was doing it. If you know techwoods number and how to get ahold of them i would like to know because i need to have another cooling fan for both of my plr85's. it would be nice to have both working again and everything.
