Question:
I cannot open my Koss DVD player. Message says "Dealers lock is on". How do I unlock it?
The machine is one year old and has been working fine. Please help! All there Xmas dvds to watch!

Answer:
To disable the dealer lock on any model Koss DVD player, please follow the steps below:
- Turn off the power to the DVD player
- Press and hold the stop & power buttons on the DVD player's remote simultaneously. Aim the remote at the DVD player.
- Press the power button on the front of the DVD player, while continuing to hold the stop and power buttons on the unit's remote.
- When the unit is powered on, the dealer lock will be disabled.

I tried that for about 10
I tried that for about 10 minutes, got really frustrated and then tried another website which had a solution that worked. Press and hold stop on the DVD player and at the same time press power on the remote. That worked...
